Godox has launched the KNOWLED MG6K, a high-power LED light aimed at professional filmmakers, boasting an impressive output comparable to a 6kW HMI but operating at a power consumption of just 4,300W. Weighing in at 24.5 kg (54 lb) without its yoke, the light features color temperature adjustments from 2800K to 10,000K and a green/magenta adjustment range of ±100%. Alongside its cutting-edge air-cooling system, which aids heat dissipation, the MG6K supports precision dimming and multiple control interfaces, including DMX and Bluetooth. Designed for ease of use, it is compatible with Godox’s G-mount accessory system, allowing for versatile lighting setups. This release comes as competition heats up in the high-end lighting market, alongside recent offerings from brands like NANLUX.
