Seesmart Secures $1.2 Million Order for LED Tube Lights from U.S. Government Agency

Seesmart, Inc. has secured a landmark $1.2 million order from the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) for LED tube lights, marking the largest purchase of its kind in GSA history. This lighting retrofit project will cover 18 buildings across two states, replacing traditional fluorescent lighting and yielding an estimated annual savings of $400,000 in energy costs. The new LED lights will reduce energy consumption by 55% and decrease the GSA’s carbon footprint by 2.5 million pounds each year. Seesmart has a strong track record with the GSA, delivering over 100,000 LED tube lights in the past three years. According to Seesmart President Ray Sjolseth, the decision to choose Seesmart was driven by the need for high-quality, American-made lighting solutions.
