In an impressive display of teamwork and resilience, Lake Washington clinched the WIAA Class 4A baseball championship, defeating Eastlake 15-5 in a game that ended early due to the mercy rule. Coach Derek Bingham, in his 21st season, praised the unity and performance of his team, highlighting their extraordinary journey as a No. 13 seed that included victories over top-ranked opponents.
