New LED High Bay Light Exceeds Performance of 400W Metal Halide

The Guangzhou City Intermediate People’s Court has notified the seven plaintiffs in the Foshan Lighting misleading financial statement case that their lawsuit has entered the second trial phase. The plaintiffs are seeking to overturn a previous ruling that ordered Foshan Lighting to compensate RMB 1.52 million (approximately US $200,000) for damages and cover litigation fees from both trials. In total, Foshan Lighting faces claims amounting to RMB 59.31 million in 930 related cases. The court announced its ruling on November 14, but company lawyers were not informed of the trial schedule. The ongoing lawsuits are expected to significantly impact Foshan Lighting’s profits for the current quarter.
