Debo Plant, a potted plant nursery in Asten, Netherlands, has upgraded its greenhouse with energy-efficient LED grow lighting from Wivid, following several setbacks from fires and severe weather. The decision, driven by co-owner John de Boer and his family, aims to enhance safety and efficiency, particularly after a fire linked to previous lighting. Wivid’s HR9 ZEN Toplights, controllable in zones, provide flexibility for various growth stages, even during winter months. Specializing in the Nephrolepis Boston Green Moment fern, Debo Plant remains optimistic about its future, despite previous challenges, thanks to reliable technology that promises better growth and energy savings.
