In a pivotal decision for Grant High School athletes, the City of Portland has approved the installation of 80-foot stadium lights at the school’s athletic field, known as the “Grant Bowl.” This marks the first time in the school’s 100-year history that evening games will be possible. Grant High is currently the only 6A school in Oregon without stadium lights, highlighting the significance of this change for both athletes and the local community.
