Construction has begun on the Foundry business Park in Bilston, a £28 million project set to create over 300 jobs in the Black Country. Developed by Goold Estates and supported by a £12.5 million investment from the West Midlands Combined Authority, the 15-acre site will feature 166,500 square feet of modern logistics and industrial space. The project aims to revitalize a long-vacant brownfield area while promoting sustainability through energy-efficient features. Scheduled for completion in spring 2026, this initiative is part of a larger strategy to enhance economic growth in the region, providing local businesses with high-quality workspaces and fostering job creation.
