Goold Estates Initiates £28 Million Urban Logistics and Industrial Development in Wolverhampton

Goold Estates has appointed Caddick Construction as the main contractor for the £28 million Foundry business Park project in Bilston, which will provide 166,500 sq ft of modern urban logistics and industrial space. This initiative, part of Wolverhampton Council’s Bilston Urban Village development, is expected to create up to 330 jobs and is supported by a £12.5 million investment from the West Midlands Combined Authority.
