The financing was arranged on behalf of Madison International Realty and The Accend Companies by securing a floating rate loan through affiliates of Fortress Investment Group. Situated near key highways and attractions, the property boasts a significant tenant base from military personnel due to its proximity to Langley Air Force Base. Built in 2021, the complex features modern amenities, including a saltwater pool, fitness center, and flexible leasing options for furnished units. This investment aims to expand the property’s specialized Home 4 Now program, catering to the needs of its military tenant demographic.
