SmallRig has announced the release of its new RC 220C RGB COB LED Video Light, a compact and lightweight full-color lighting solution that features a robust output and versatile functionality. Aimed at filmmakers and content creators, the RC 220C boasts an impressive range of 36,000 hues and CCT adjustable settings from 2500K to 10,000K. It’s noted for being 48% more compact and 17% lighter than competing models, making it ideal for travel. Users can power the light through a direct V-Mount battery, an optional Sony NP-F adapter plate, or mains power. The fixture also supports DMX control and features a silent mode for reduced noise levels. Available for pre-order at $409 USD, it will begin shipping to U.S. customers on June 16th.
