Construction Progress and Campus Enhancements at Carson City School District

The Carson City School District announced significant campus improvements set for completion by mid-August 2025. Upgrades across various schools include the refurbishment of Carson High School’s band room and gym facilities, new restrooms at Carson Middle School, and a basketball playground at Empire Elementary. Additional enhancements involve energy-efficient lighting at the Jim Frank sports Complex, new HVAC units at CHS Silver Campus, and parking lot repaving at Fritsch Elementary. These projects, funded by Bond Funds, began in June and aim to conclude before the new school year, capitalizing on the summer months when facilities are unoccupied.
