Cree LED Introduces New XLamp XP-L Photo Red S Line LEDs to Enhance Horticultural Lighting

Cree LED, a brand under Penguin Solutions, has launched its new XLamp® XP-L Photo Red S Line LEDs, designed to enhance efficiency and durability in horticulture lighting. These latest LEDs offer a 6% improvement in typical Wall-Plug Efficiency (WPE), reaching 83.5% at 700 mA and 25°C, allowing growers to lower costs by consuming less power or reducing the required number of LEDs by up to 35%. The XP-L Photo Red LEDs feature advanced technology that ensures top-tier resistance to sulfur and corrosion, extending their lifespan and reducing maintenance costs. With a compact footprint that allows for easy upgrades from previous models, these LEDs are optimized for large-scale operations like greenhouses and vertical farms.
