First High-Power LED Assembly Line Established by Octa Light in Bulgaria

Octa Light recently inaugurated Bulgaria’s first high-power LED assembly line, a facility spanning 4,000 square meters, complete with laboratories and manufacturing areas for lighting fixtures. The company, which is partly owned by Monbat PLC and Octagon International, also launched its inaugural packaged LED, the Bullstar. This new product line features full ANSI-standard color-binning options and varying color temperatures, achieving luminous efficiencies of up to 110 lumens for cool white. The innovative silicone lens design allows for direct integration in area-lighting luminaires, reducing costs and increasing efficiency. Octa Light plans to release its brand catalogue for general lighting luminaires targeting the European market by mid-year.
