ITC Michigan is spreading holiday cheer by illuminating eight of its towering transmission structures across the Lower Peninsula with vibrant LED decorations. Each structure features up to 250 feet of LED lights, culminating in a star adorned with 1,600 lights and a “Happy Holidays” sign made up of 13,000 lights. The festive display will shine nightly from December 5 to January 5, enhancing the holiday spirit in several communities, including Belleville, Grand Rapids, and Novi. Charles Marshall, president of ITC Michigan, emphasized the decorations’ popularity and their role as a cherished holiday tradition. The project is designed and maintained by Michigan Graphics and Signs, with installation by Utility Lines Construction Services. ITC Michigan operates a vast electricity transmission network in the state, providing reliable service to residents.
