The study investigated three distinct medicinal cannabis genotypes—“Cannatonic,” a high CBDA strain, and “Hindu Kush” and “Northern Lights,” both high in THCA—provided by Cann Group Ltd. Conducted in a secure Australian facility, the research meticulously controlled temperature and humidity while employing advanced cloning and propagation techniques. Each genotype underwent various light spectrum treatments within a fully randomized design over a 40-day period. Key measurements included flowering development, plant height, yield, and cannabinoid quantification using high-performance liquid chromatography. The study aimed to enhance understanding of genotype-specific responses in cannabis cultivation, contributing valuable insights to the medicinal cannabis industry. Power usage and statistical analyses were also rigorously evaluated to ensure comprehensive results.
