Kyocera Introduces Innovative Air-Cooled UV LED Light Source: G7A Series

Kyocera Corporation has announced the upcoming release of its G7A Series air-cooled UV-LED light source, set to launch in June 2025. This innovative light source, highly compact and efficient, boasts the highest irradiance in its class, achieving 20W/cm² with a total dose of 400 mJ/cm² at 50 m/min, comparable to traditional water-cooled systems. The G7A Series not only minimizes CO2 emissions and avoids the need for water cooling but also features customizable irradiation widths to accommodate various printing materials. Enhanced monitoring functions for operational status further ensure stability and efficiency in manufacturing processes.
