Seesmart Technologies has successfully completed a comprehensive LED retrofit at Regis High School, a prestigious Jesuit institution in the New York metropolitan area. The project, which replaced over 2,500 fluorescent lights with Seesmart LED tube lights, is projected to yield significant energy savings exceeding $36,000 annually and reduce the school’s carbon footprint by nearly 120,000 pounds per year. Additionally, Regis High School received a $32,000 rebate from Con Edison as part of the energy-efficient initiative. The retrofit began in January 2012, starting with the gymnasium, and expanded to include over 100 classrooms, offices, and hallways, completing installation within three months.
