Lighting Science Group has announced a strategic distribution partnership with Fastenal Company, a major supplier in the Maintenance, Repair, and Operations sector. Under this agreement, Fastenal will warehouse and sell Lighting Science’s innovative LED products to its extensive customer network. Ed Bednarcik, CEO of Lighting Science, expressed enthusiasm for the collaboration, which aligns with the company’s growth strategy for 2015. Fastenal’s Product Manager, Jamey Koehler, highlighted that the partnership would enhance their lighting program, allowing access to advanced LED technology and opening new market segments. Randy Mortensen, EVP of Sales and business Development at Lighting Science, emphasized the strength of Fastenal’s brand and customer service, looking forward to jointly advancing their LED offerings to various sectors.
