Italian lighting company Maxima has unveiled the Maxima 6 Mark II, an advanced version of its professional lighting system designed for photographers and videographers. The upgraded model boasts significant enhancements, including a longer throw zooming neck, reduced noise levels, increased light output by 10%, a new stainless steel control panel, and higher energy efficiency at 123 lumens per watt. Feedback from experienced users drove these improvements, marking a substantial leap in lighting performance. The Maxima 6 Mark II features a high color accuracy with a CRI of 98.6, can produce up to 69,000 lumens, and is compatible with various accessories. An upgrade program for existing owners of the original Maxima 6 is also available for 480 € (about $530), enabling them to benefit from the latest enhancements. Priced at 2,899 € (approximately $3,200), the Maxima 6 Mark II is now available for purchase.
