East Hartford Enhances Public Lighting with LED Streetlight Upgrade

OSRAM has agreed to conduct security testing on its existing LIGHTIFY products following the identification of vulnerabilities by RAPID7 security researchers. In response, OSRAM is implementing a risk-based remediation strategy, aiming to address most vulnerabilities in the upcoming version update scheduled for release in August. Additionally, RAPID7 pointed out certain issues related to the ZigBee® protocol that lie outside OSRAM’s direct control. The company is actively collaborating with the ZigBee® Alliance to address these known and emerging vulnerabilities.
