Partnership Acquires 430,700 SF Class A Industrial Facility in Upstate South Carolina

RealOp Investments, based in Greenville, South Carolina, and global real estate firm Kennedy Wilson have jointly acquired the Inland Woods Logistics Center, a 430,700-square-foot Class A industrial facility, for $33.1 million. This marks Kennedy Wilson’s inaugural commercial equity investment in the Southeastern U.S., reflecting its regional expansion. Strategically located near key transportation routes, including the Inland Port Greer and BMW’s manufacturing plant, the facility is designed to meet the needs of advanced manufacturing and distribution tenants. The property, which includes plans for a best-in-class speculative office suite to attract tenants, is positioned to capitalize on the region’s strong manufacturing investment and population growth. CBRE’s team is set to lead leasing efforts for the site, further enhancing its market presence.
