Seven Schools in Wicklow to Receive Heat Pumps, LED Lighting, and Electric Vehicle Charging Stations

Seven schools in Wicklow are set to enhance their warmth and energy efficiency as they prepare for the new academic year in September. These schools are part of a broader initiative involving 28 institutions across Ireland, which will receive significant retrofitting improvements this summer, funded by the REPower EU Programme at a total cost of €86 million. The upgrades aim to create more sustainable learning environments.
