TCL Unveils Cutting-Edge AI and Display Technologies at Global Innovation Conference

The 2024 TCL Global Technology Innovation Conference (TIC), held on December 11 in Shenzhen, showcased TCL’s commitment to advancing technology with the theme “The Future is Visible by AI”. The company introduced 16 technological breakthroughs, including five all-scenario AI applications that promise significant economic benefits, projected at around $76 million for 2024. A highlight was the AI movie production application revealed by TCL Research America, with plans for the first AI-generated feature film to hit North American theaters by 2025. Founder and Chairman LI Dongsheng emphasized the importance of independent R&D and long-term investment in technological innovation during his keynote address. Notably, TCL’s advancements in display technologies and smart devices were also on display, alongside plans for new energy photovoltaic development.
